David is a Certified Personal trainer focused on providing the highest quality individual and group personal training services. He’s a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor from the Titleist Performance Institute. David is an expert in weight loss, nutritional counseling, and total body circuit training. Aayan has been with La Body Drill since 2006, started at the NYC East Village location under operations and management. Nationally certified through AFAA as Fitness Development Coach, lifetime swim instructor and open water rescuer.

Deborah Sanderson

Floor Manager


Deborah has been with the LA Body Drill for 7 years and has been a personal trainer since 1998. She is certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). Deborah teaches bootcamp, muscle up, kick boxing, and sometimes group cycle.

Danny Cox

Personal Trainer


Danny has been with LA Body Drill fitness since 2001 and has expanded his training and education to become a successful trainer. Danny has been a certified Personal Trainer for over 7 years and enjoys keeping his clients in good shape. Danny enjoys doing sport specific training with his clients to challenge them and help them perform at their highest level. Danny is currently studying to get his sports performance training certification to further his education to be a sports coach.
